Kos Management is the present day management company that traces its roots to the late 1920’s with a partnership formed by Kos Hatcheries and Moski Corporation. Our offices and warehouse are still located on the Main Street location that was the original home of our chicken hatchery. The business progressed into Kos Lumber in the mid-1940’s. With a combination of farmland owned by the family and the building materials from the lumber yard, in the 1960’s the company became leaders in the apartment home industry in the Green Bay area. In the 1990’s, the construction arm added additional apartments and are now in east and west Green Bay, Howard, Ledgeview, and Bellevue.
